Hair is teased behind the bow to make the bouffant ‘bump’. You may need to lightly brush hair across the teased area to arrange it more evenly and use hairspray to stabilize it. Good luck getting that Flip right. You’ll need it! You will also need some hot rollers or a low temp curling iron and lots of hairspray.
