Description
Hair is teased behind the headband to make the bouffant ‘bump’. You may need to lightly brush hair across the teased area to arrange it more evenly and use hairspray to stabilize it. Also, just like real life, it’s almost impossible to get a perfect Flip on the end without use of hot rollers and lots of hairspray.
