That’s the Manufacturer’s description. Here’s the Truth: This stuff is VERY THICK and sometimes needs to be ‘warmed up’ to spread. Tattoo cover does not come in a wide range of colors, so select the one that is closest to the skin tone where it will be used. Remember some parts of your body will be more tanned than other parts, AKA the top of your fore arm will normally be darker than the underside. Powder this product to set like any grease or cream foundation. Next, apply your normal cosmetics over the top to blend in with your true skin color.
