I am so impressed with this dress! It’s full sequins in the front with very full mesh sleeves, an attached hood & cape. The skirt part is only one layer and the neck has tiny velcro tabs in the back that may be confusing to some. I’m not fond of the glitter bat at the neck, but that can be easily glammed up with rhinestones. Pair it with a big witch hat for a HOT Witch. Or, remove the bat and rock it as a spooky flapper for a Roaring 20s party.
