Scary detailed devil’s pitchfork can easily be converted for King Triton from Little Mermaid.
Pro tip: Take the top off the stick, or mask off the stick using aluminum foil or paper taped around it. Spray silver or gold to match your costume on one side. While the paint is still wet, sprinkle some glitter on it. Let dry. Repeat on the other side. Use your favorite brand of spray-on gloss coat to seal the glitter down. It still might look kind of scary up close, but from the stage, it will be awesome!
