Description
Does not go on “Dead White” in one application. This is a pressed powder similar to an old school compact powder or current day blush. It is intended to be translucent. Use powder puff to apply directly to clean face for an ‘ashy’ translucent shade or blush brush to apply over other colors to blend and soften. Multiple layers may be required to get whiter shade without other makeup base.
