Rainbow Clown Wig

CHEAP Wig! Very little hair, but enough to get the point across for a child on ‘Circus day’ at school.  UV Florescent sections glow slightly under Black Light.  Has been used for Oompa Loompas in budget productions of Willy Wonka / Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
