Description
This wig is mostly BLACK with rainbow bangs and stripes only in the front. It’s actually rather pretty that way and the black makes the colors ‘pop’ brighter. No clue why the pic is wrong in the catalog and on the package.
UV Florescent sections glow brightly under Black Light.
